Spacious rooms with air conditioning and a separate toilet. The food here is good, and the staff are friendly and helpful, especially with parking and other services. 🌟

Generally, loved this well priced and wonderful old accommodation with patient staff from the Parking and their service. The room was well-equipped and nicely decorated with view towards the castle and fairly priced.

Location

Room we had was in separate annexe whixch we knew about at booking. However, we did not realise how far it was from main building. The room we were allocated was ground floor with a small window the only view from which was of the hotel parking. Hotel parking however, was only available for very small cars, a fact not mentioned in the hotel description. The other secure parking was outside the city walls and had to be accessed arranging with hotel porter. Breakfast only average.

The rates were reasonable, the staff was very helpful with parking and service, and I enjoyed my stay; the breakfast offered a variety of hot options to suit everyone's taste.

Location

During the night the heat went off and in the morning no hot water to take a shower. Then when I ask for ride back to the parking lot no one was there to do that it was to early it was 7:30 am. The boiler went out during the night and the staff had no clue what to do or did not call a repair man. The staff was wearing a winter jacket when checked out. I will be calling Best western.

The staff at the hotel are extremely helpful from parking to service. The breakfast is warm, varied, and caters to all tastes.- The hotel is located just a short walk away from a well, historic castle, and church.

Reasonably priced and charming old place, very amiable staff from the Parking and their service. Incredible location in the heart of Carcassonne. And right by a factory and old Carcassonne to yourself in the evening & early mornings.

Amazing location right inside Le Cite with great value for money deal. Amazing views over the pathways and you really get to enjoy the quiet of the cite after the crowds have gone off. The rooms were very well updated and maintained very well and the beds were really comfortable.
